thanks for that update. Could anyone who has applied for this deal before say how long delivery took as i will be travelling at the end of May and I noticed in the terms and conditions it said something about usual delivery terms do not apply so don't know if that means it could take ages?

I am in the same situation Mel, the railcard website had a promotion a few weeks back for 10% off with the code FAMILY10 I have also bought my train tickets for the end of this month and not sure if I can risk the free one not arriving on time......arrrrgh!
  • But i thought the deal finished on the 13th May???

I have one of these cards. To get the best deals you should book 12 weeks ahead of travel date. 4 of us went to London from Preston for £26 using the card...bargain. You can request an alert from trainline.com at the 12 week point when the prices are at their best.
