reduncey money owing to me

hi i wonder if you can help i used to work as a bar manager the commette decided we was in so much debt that we would close. we were forced to close early due to the landlord siezing his building by changing locks . the commette walked away leaving me with no reduncey money or notice money i took them to works tribunial which i won because they never shown up. we did not have any offical recivers in i appied to national insurence fund whith another employee they have been told that they wont be getting payment off them because there was no offical recivers they do not have any assetts they owed everyone if this is correct then it looks like i wont be getting any payment. who else should i claim off and can i appeal against national insurence fund thanks for any help which may be offered
