fridge started to freeze food!!

hi i hope this is in the right section i couldnt find an appropriate one, anyway our fridge freezer has gone funny all of a sudden the freezer part os ok just the fridge has started to freeze food this started after a very fowl smell in the freezer i dont know if its blocked ive checked the pipe that is behind the fridge that doesnt seem to be clogged up ive tried allsorts like cleaning it inside and out like 5 times with bleach kitchen sprays , baking soda also tried placing some baking soda in a cup in the fridge nothing has worked anyone know what could be the problem , its not very old erither only about a year old. Forgot to add ive tried turning it off for a couple of days and also adjusting the temperature but still didnt work.

    Sounds very much like the fridge thermostat has gone for a burton, easy fix for a domestic refridgeration engineer
