I'm not sure if the constant flashing seatbelt light is going to fail the MOT or not.
I would guess no as its not an airbag light or something which is preventing the seatbelt doing its thing.
If the flashing light wasn't there before, I presume its a sensor on whatever you've went and replaced. Look for a sensor - you may be able to swap them over from your old faulty one and solve the problem. Failing that it may be something registered in the ECU, in which case you may need a garage to get it on a diagnostic computer and get it reset.
If you feel the tyre wasn't split despite the MOT test station saying so, I'd go back and ask them to show you exactly where its split, just for reference. Give them a chance to prove before looking into reporting them.
I always ask my MOT station to show any damage to me if there are areas of concern/fail points. This covers their back and assures you that the problem is indeed there.0 -
thanks for the reply the light was actually the air bag light how ever there is a fix i found on u tube u turn the ignition of in a sequence four times and it resolves it

With regards to your tyre, I wouldn't be too hasty in assuming the mot station are trying to rip you off, unless you know what you are looking for and the tyre is on said wheel and inflated when being inspected you may well just not see the damage, especially if it was on the inside of the wheel.0

You really should have asked the people who tested the car to show you where the split was or got them to put a crayon mark round it.
Was the tyre replaced by the company who did the MOT?
If not you will have difficulty proving the tyre you say has no split actually came of your car
Once the car leaves the MOT station and you don't have evidence you don't really have a leg to stand on.:(0
