kitchen tap question

Are the threads standard size on kitchen mixer taps, and if so i assume i'll need a box spanner. Can anyone tell me what size i need???

The first is a BSP size and the second is a metric size.

Most monobloc taps are 11/12 or 13mm, but some German ones are 10mm. As above post any of the sheds will sell sets for under £15 which will be double ended and therefore cover all 4 possible sizes. If it is an older type mixer then get the basin wrench .
