    Can the BT rep who took on this complaint i lodged on the 09/05/2011 @ 20:43pm (inquiry ref no:110509-012651), please contact me by any of the contact details i supplied, as the 7-10 working days i was promised for an answer has come and gone.

    If i have no contact within the next 3-4 weeks will mean passing this on to OFTEL.
