ravenheat 820/20 problem

my daughter has a ravenheat 820/20 combi boiler about 3 months ago she said that when she turned on the hot tap, the radiators got warm, i suspected at the time it was the diverter valve, and obviously told her to get it sorted, however she did not, now nothing works no hot water and no central heating, the pump runs when the room stat is calling for heat but the boiler does not fire, likewise when you turn the hot tap on the boiler does not fire either, the pilot light is alight any ideas, i still suspect this dam diverter valve and or the micro switches that sit ontop of it regards Dave
