Nationwide faster payments

Hi
Just to let you all know that Nationwide are experiencing problems with their faster payments - I pay my kids an allowance which should have gone out on 30th April but due to weekends and bank holidays etc went out today but hasn't hit their accounts - when I phoned they told me it was an urgent problem they were trying to address and that they should go in by the end of today or tomorrow - hmmm we'll see

More problems today - 10th May.
Not good enough Nationwide.
Trying to pay a CC bill at NatWest.
Funds appear to have left Nationwide but not showing up on NatWest side.
If payment is late and I incur an interest charge I'll be raging.:mad:0 -
