None of that matters. You should have bought through eBay. As it stands the only thing you can do now is take her to the small claims court. Nobody has said it is but the fact is you have no protection via ebay because you bought outside of auction and the fact you have had somebody come round, set the item up infront of you and then paid them in my opinion makes it pretty unlikely you would be able to succesfully claim from them in court.lovegiving.hatebeinrobbed wrote: »Did you not read what I posted? Just put it down to experience, next time either buy via auction or make sure you check/test properly before handing your money over.0
