phone customer services and demand the name and address of the managing director - if they won't give it to you ask the name of the person to whom you are speaking and explain how, when you get the name of the MD you'll also tell them that they refused to give it to you - they soon will give you the name of the managing director - then write the MD a letter explaining what happened and give them a link to this page showing how you are letting the world know about what happend - i bet you end up with your total spend refunded and an apology - go on try it - you've nothing to lose0
