form 545? after a tribunral

hi

the DLA are sending me out a 545 form, i won a tribural last week, they said that sometimes the descision maker contests the tribunrals descision, has any one had this before

    The DWP (not the DM) may appeal the decision, but I have never come across a case where they have.

    when will it end,

    Does it state in writing that its a ' 545 form ' - is the number correct ?, or did you hear it wrong on a telephone call ? - I've never heard of a [ DLA / DWP / Etc ] 545 !

    could it be the form they send you to ask if you (your daughter in your case) has been in hospital for an amount of time?

    i may have miss heard, but i am sure thats what she said a 545 form, i guess i will just have to wait a while longer
