Warm Front Grant - Help!
Hope this is in the right place, I will try and keep it brief.
Applied for warm front grant in April 2010 to replace storage heaters, this was approved in May 2010, Since then nothing has happened, the paperwork was apparently passed to installer and accepted in October 2010, but every time I contact the number I have (which usually involves a wait of about 15 minutes) I am told that they will send an email to engineer to arrange a visit, then nothing again. They are now advertising in local paper telling people to apply for Warm Front for 2011, worried we are going to be dropped even further down the list.
Does anyone have any ideas who I can contact to try and get something done.
