Utility suppliers & web presence

As my current deal with EON ends July 1st, & they have nothing competitive to offer at present, I've been looking around for a new supplier.
One of EON's strengths (other than their super Fix Online v8!!rip
) is their customer web site.
I'm interested in views of how easy/useful other suppliers web interfaces are, as I'm reluctantly accepting that I'm facing a steep rise in DD payments so I might as well have a good web experience as part of any new package.
I know that there have been problems with SP & EDF websites - how about NPOWER (Spit!) or BG (Double spit!!) -SWALEC??
