Hi,
I've been looking all over the internet for 5% deposit paid offers on new homes. I had a newspaper a while back with about 20 of these offers but now I can't find any! Does anyone know of any in London? It would be a great help.
Thanks

bewear these properties are usually overpriced, haggle hard. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Its a bit of a con really.
They sell the property for 105% of what the price would otherwise be and then "give" you a deposit of 5% for "free"
