firstly some weeks ago switched to m s essentials from outpost and have not been able to uninstall outpost fully, so when l go on line outpost is trying to start.
secondly today l tried to upgrade to firefox 4, but l keep getting the message that the computer needs to close to uninstall previous ff, keep closing but ff4 fails to install. any ideas as l dont like using ie
