Hi all,
Just went and got the 14" didgilogic telly from my local, the yellow ticket had 44.97 and it scanned at 49.97, no customer help desk so they got a manager to see me when I complained.
They would only offer me the difference (as the manager said the actual price was 49.97 and they had simply forgot to remove the yellow reduced sticker), just wondering what it would be best to do, go to the help desk in the morning will they say anything different? or go for a refund?
Thanks for any help.0 -
Yeah you right, we have always been very lucky in the past and never had no truble in our sleepy suffolk0

No No No No No
Its a very very easy overcharge, go back now and tell him that you've been overcharged, it is not your job to guess the price. Remind him of the policy......"In the unlikely event that you are charged more than shown on the shelf or on the product we will refund you the money and you get to keep to the product"
Now ask him why he is not complying with the Tesco policy as displayed on the big blue board?
If he doesn't play ball, ask for his name and report it to HO tomorrow
one of the clearest overcharges possible0 -

im no expert and still havent bagged any r+rs,but you are owed an r+r !
The policy is in place to 'remind' forgetful staff to remove ood prices and keep the customer informed and not do them out of the hard earned money !
Go for it:beer: In the words of Citizen Smith - Power to the people !0
