Please read first page it gives all the info there. Suggest you dont use the words R&R , it's our phrase not theirs.
  • Hi to fellow MSE'r who was also claiming back on cars this morning - hope you know who you are - glad I turned up at same time and got you superman free too !!!

Just to let you know I got full R & R - and also some other stuff that wasnt intended when I checked my receipt later. Just goes to show what Tesco are overcharging us on.

Anyway if you want to PM me then perhaps we can swap knowledg.
The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow, For children grow up, as I've learned to my sorrow.
So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust go to sleep. I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep.

  • I am bit of newbie to the tesco R&R.

I have got a question that hopefully someone will be able to answer.
If there is an item that normally costs £9.99 but has a discount label on for £7.99 that expired on the 10/12/06, if the discount lable is still on the shelf after that date, are you able to claim a R&R for that item if charged the full price (£9.99)?

    Hope that makes sense.

Thank in advance for any responses.

Simple answer anthony is Yes, you should not be charged more than the value of the lowest price shown for an item. So spill the beans what is the item?
    I had a plan..........its here somewhere.

Yes. That, in essence, is what an over charge is - being charged more than the indicated price.
Who or what was I before you came in to my life
    I am not sure

if you bought just one thing then i would have queried it. but saying that maybe you forgot what the selling price was and can go and check or you have other things on your mind

Surely, thats easy to get around, you thought you must have been mistaken and went back to check - it would be rude to get all hoity toity without being sure of your facts now wouldn't it!:D :rotfl:
