Is this Ok?
Right, my parents in the past few years have gave me roughly, £2000 ... this is in 4 cheques of £500 spread around 2-3 years.
This is money that was meant for mine and my siblings University studying.
They are getting into difficulty now paying the morgage so I want to give them back this money so they can pay a chunk off the morgage.
My family are on Income support.
I know, if the money has not touched there account but I just pay it straight to the morgage companany it should be ok
but because they gave me the money to start with, does this complicate things or am I just worrying about nothing?

Your parents are allowed to have £6,000 in savings without it affecting their benefits.0

Ok thank you. So really, this would be ok then?0

Yes, so long as your £2000 doesn't take them over the £6000 you are allowed.0
