Hello.
Apologies if this the wrong place to post.....
I collected my new glasses from Specsavers earlier this week & i really don't like them
I know i had the opportunity to try the frames on etc before buying but now that the prescription lens have been put in it's completely altered the look (i have a high prescription but had the lens thinned down).
I've heard that Specsavers might be happy to exchange the frames as long as the lenses can be cut to fit the new frames. Does anyone know if this is true? I would phone to ask them but they will be closed now & just wondered if anyone had personal experience of this.
Thanks in advance

I would very much doubt that, as would be unable to re-sell them.0

"We want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers Opticians. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of your purchase we will put it right. No quibble, no fuss. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please ask in store for full details."

Get a friend to go into the store where you bought your glasses, and ask them for full details, as if the friend was considering buying glasses. Probably best to go into the exact same store as I believe many Specsavers places are franchises and rules might differ from store to store.0 -
Specsavers certainly do have a policy that allows you to change your mind within 30 days ! They are very good about doing this - I have MS'd them several times re this and they are great!ELITE 5:2
