Replace double glazing glass - who does it?

Hi

Live in Surrey and looking at a place where maybe I can buy some double glazing sealed units to replace some of my blown ones. Dont mind ordering off the web if its cheaper.

Cheers

Scott

Try your local glass merchants - will be as cheap as anyone. They will come out and measure as well.

Are there people that would come out and fit it too?

Glazing companies don't just cut and sell glass. They normally install it as well. Also there are many local small companies who will call themselves "Double Glazing Doctors" or some such. They specialise in the smaller replacement and repair jobs required by double glazed windows and doors. Look around your local area.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.

DG Glass in Carshalton manufacture on the premises. Before some smarta..e asks - No I have no connection apart from buying stuff from them from time to time.

If you ask uncle google this: "replacement DG units in surrey" you'll find a whole host of others come up too.

Order DG units off teh interwebz? You are kidding of course.

Is it necessary for the glass to be kite marked or do they have to be BSI approved (might be standard anyway)?
