Lets Cover Review -Landlord's Home Insurance

Hi,
I just wanted to give a quick review of Lets Cover Landlord Insurance and ask a question about Simple Landlords insurance.
I've recently cancelled my policy with Lets Cover landlord insurance because of the appalling service. I made a claim for a wall which collapsed and after months of their terrible service I have had to make a complaint to the ombudsman. Every time I rang lets cover there was a different excuse for why they were not willing to honour the claim - each time I gave details which refuted their excuse they came up with another.
Finally, their call service didn't even seem able to access the claim and seemed confused as to what was going on. Months later I have still received no written or verbal confirmation about what their decision has been.
Lets Cover landlord insurance is extremely expensive at about £40 a month - Don't bother! There general attitude has led me to reconsider paying such a lot. Can anyone advise me on how they have found Simple Landlord insurance?
Thanks,
Nicola
