Mankind.co.uk Refund issues

Just a word of warning for anybody thinking of buying men grooming products from Mankind.co.uk here is my experience. I spend alot on mens grooming products and bought numerous items on 25th march from mankind after using them on numerous occasions.

Only received 2 of my itemsin post no mention on the invoice where other item was and no email. So I Sent emails and phoned them to be told item was out of stock despite the website still saying item was in stock. Waited and waited call after call to be told item would be in stock. Website 2 weeks later still showing item in stock. Took a screen shot emailed it to there customer service and suddenly website said item out of stock. Requested immediate refund as paid through paypal. Firstly told they had "issues" with paypal refunds then was told 2 weeks ago i'd get it in 4-5 working days. Still awaiting my refund over a month later for an item that was not in stock in the first place.
Have about 5-6 emails, 3 phone calls given the run around. Anyway have filled a dispute with paypal. Just warning shoppers to be wary they are happy to take your money and keep it as their own but it will take you months to receive a refund oh and you will probably have to contact paypal to get it too!
