You will have to register with The Times, but it is a simple process and once you have submitted your details you will be entered into the first draw of the hour, you can enter every hour.... if you remember to!
Times Online’s business section celebrates the Christmas season with its annual "Win Wine Every Hour" promotion. In the festive spirit, Times Online and The Sunday Times Wine Club are giving away, every weekday, a case of wine each hour between 9am-6pm, until December 15.
All entrants to the main prize draw will receive a £20 discount to spend on wine at The Sunday Times Wine Club

Entries received between 0:00:01 and 0:59:59 minutes past each hour between the hours of 9am and 6pm from 4 December to 15 December 2006(excluding December 9 and 10) will be entered into an hourly draw. Each entrant will receive a voucher which will entitle a discount of £20 off a purchase of a case of wine from the Sunday Times Wine Club online (the voucher will not be redeemable by mail order or phone) which has a £64.99 or more retail value. All entrants will receive a communication via email from The Sunday Times Wine Club with details on how to redeem their voucher. The vouchers are subject to conditions. Players of the wine game prior to 18:00:00 15 December 2006 will be eligible to enter the prize draw through timesonline.co.uk
The hourly winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all entries received during the relevant time – that is, an entrant will only be entered into the hourly draw which accords with the time that they entered. There will be 90 prizes consisting of a mystery case of wine from The Sunday Times Wine Club worth £70 or more. Winners will be notified within by December 20 and will receive their prizes within 28 days.
Only one eligible entry per person, per hour. The prize is non-transferable, and cash alternatives are not available.
