Thank you for this info my phone has been going all night and i kept hanging up thinking the call was a con and I would be charged a fortune.:beer:

LOL I thought I'd better mention it just in case anyone was missing out on the phone calls!
Seems important as I think they dispatch it only after you confirm you have received the call???

Actually now I think about it it DID say all orders must have a valid phone number ... I put the first one through without a phone number by mistake ( didn't notice the 'share phone number with Kiddicare' tickbox on the Paypal payment page the first time! )
So I went back into my Kiddicare account and added my phone number ( thankfully! )
Hope everyone put a valid phone number on theirs too!!!0 -

I ticked the box to share my phone number, have had my two dispatch emails, but haven't received any phone calls? I assumed they need the number for the 'rearrange delivery by text' service they seem to offer. I have to say, this one hour delivery slot sounds amazing.0

I'd say if you've got a dispatch e-mail then there's nothing to worry about...
But , knowing me , I would worry and would add it to my account just in case!
( Am SURE it will be fine though , don't mean to worry anyone for no reason as once its dispatched its dispatched and can be tracked and everything! )

I'm pretty sure they would only need a phone number for big deliveries i.e furniture, I remember seeing the site say something about that anyway. Don't think I put a phone number on one of my orders but they have all been dispatched!!
