'When you order something from kiddicare and use Express checkout, you are then given the option of making a password. If you do you automaticaly get a fiver added to your account. I got a 4 pack of Pampers wipes for 15p.
I've done it twice using a different email account.
For your first order you only have to order somthing cheap, i bought a jar of baby food for 29p (28p with the 5% of code here) and its free delivery this weekend.
Hope this helps someone else get a bargain.

More info from missgem - HUKD
'Its worked
Placed my first order for 1 jar of baby food at 29p less the 5% discount code brought it to 28p, paid via paypal, once order complete, on the right hand side it shows you enter a password and recieve £5 off your next order. Click that, and it takes you to a page, where it says enter contact details, or enter username and password, you click the enter contact details, and it already has your information there, just needs you to put a password in, do this and then press enter, and then place your next order, and it deducts the £5 off, but make sure you dont add the 5% code aswell because if you do it cancels out the £5! x'

'Offer is still there. The banner is no longer coming up BUT if you place your initial order then (from the confirmation page after you pay) go to log in/register at the top of the page. Register with your details (obv. using same email address as initial order), place an order for min £5.01 and it'll take the £5 off once you hit that amount.'
I just tried it out myself and can confirm it worked too!

you need to place an order first, using paypal. no need to enter contact details, address, password etc. at this stage (becuase it's express checkout) and details are taken from your paypal account.
once you have completed that order, you'll have the £5 banner option; at which point you create a password.
