Should be a return journey.

the travel itinerary should be printed along with the ticket/card...check the details.

i received my tickets today unfortunately i will not be able to use them. They are a monday to wednesday return journey from oxford to newcastle. Either i put in the wrong dates or they did impossible for me to go then I wonder if january was imput instead of february?

I applied for tickets for around February, I mustve missed out too, well done to all who won their tickets, fantastic freebie, maybe there'll be another offer sometime. Big Up to Virgin for this, rare moneysaving xxxx

I received mine today, I submitted several requests, but only got the first one (which is the best one!). Bristol to Aberdeen over a long weekend! Merry Christmas from Virgin Trains!

I haven't received either of my choices as yet, but as some people have received theirs today & the christmas post is notoriously unreliable I haven't given up hope yet. Fingers crossed more of us receive tickets after christmas.

Cheers OP, I received my first choice for a return. Means I can see my parents/grandparent and sister without having to spend hours and hours on the horrible coach!

Hiya,I think you will get it 10 days before ur travel date the least so since its feb,loads of time.Hope u get urs.I got mine today.:j -worth nearly 300£!!!
