just applied then realised you can only travel at the beginning of next year excluding half term

a few gliches in this - if you make a mistake you get a huge page error message that doesn't actually tell you what you've done wrong (you can go back and try and work it out) or it takes you to the top of the page when you try and submit and again doesn't tell you where the error is (it does this if you miss out your phone number).
