Siemens Tumble Dryer

is not working.

It's a condensor type and the alert bleeps to say that the water container is full. It's not. The FAQs in the manual say "unkink the hose" but I can't see any hose to unkink!

Any ideas where to get help? It isn't working at all at the moment (which has been great, and very money saving but in this weather I do need it for emergencies!)

Caz:confused::confused::confused:

    There should be a hose to drain the condensed water out.

    there is a long container which you take out of the top of the machine and empty it, but don't seem to be able to access the hose...

    I did get one guy in who said it was the thermostat - but it so obviously wasn't, and he nearly admitted he was guessing... "worth a try' were his words although would have cost me £150.
