if you get paid tax credits every 4 weeks,how many do payments do you get in a year?

Should get 13 I think.Never actually counted them to check, although my circumstances have changed now and so I will be watching them more carefully.

Not tax credits but thought id chip in to say that I get my wages from work every fourth friday and I get 13 wages per year.

I would expect that it would be the same with tc's.

You get 13 or 14. If you got paid on 6/7 April this year you'll get 14 payments. Plus any extra payment you sometimes get when they do the renewal, and if your circumstances change.
