Help ! my ideal W2000 rs 50 boiler won't fire !!

The pilot is on, the thermostats on the boiler, in the room and on the hot water tank are all at maximum, yet there is no heating or hot water !! any ideas please !

    When you raise & lower the boiler thermostat, does it click/snap as if there's power there?
    If it does then you'll need a Gase safe Engineer to change a part on it.
    If it doesn't, then the fault is not on the boiler and some further investigation will be needed to locate the fault.

    Hi,
    With that amount of info then I'm with diynot.

    You will need to get someone in.

    Don't poke about in it as you may well do more harm than good, to yourself as much as the boiler or it's controls.
