OK, well I have Zonealarm for my firewall and was going to remove it and just have my windows firewall on (I have Windows XP).
I looked at the exceptions and it had vsmon, should I uncheck this as an exception?
Should I remove Zonealarm as I will be using the windows one?

Why do you want to remove Zone Alarm ?, it does more than the Windows one. If you want an alternative Comodo does a firewall as well (FREE).0
