Yes - I cancelled a 'sweep' from HSBC current to savings a few years ago. Was useful before internet banking, but started getting in the way if I was holding cash to go out to a new savings account (cash being swept before cheques cashed).Surely it's easier to do it manually, that way you can allow for any payments yet to be processed?0
