I promise I will slow down once the flat sells or even when i get it on the market the pressure will be off.

It wasn't quite as bad as I thought, she promised it would get easier too! She has suggested not running etc until tomorrow though and we had a run planned for tonight, will see how I feel later as it will be a bit awkward moving the run to tomorrow.

CBA to fly now, very weary and don't want to spend the last day of my holiday cleaning TBH. Going to have a cuppa and then see about pottering for 5 minutes in the hope I may actually do something.

Hi everyone. Apologies as i have been m.i.a for a few weeks due to other things. Goodness it showed in the state of the house. I tackled the washing mountain and blitzed the downstairs and decluttered the bedrooms yesterday. Today has been floors and dusting. Just need to scrub table and hearth, then toilet and bathroom and i am caught up. Certainly gave me a kick up the bum as i had got so organised, and when i went to sort out for school was shocked at how bad it had got without the dailies. Back on track now so lesson learnt, even when things gets in the way check in to flylady even if a lurker. Hugs to anyone who needs them, spoons also available, coping vibes to anyone who doesn't do hugs and black dogs bannished in the garden with a juicy bone. x

LameWolf Happy Anniversary:beer: Roll on friday to your next lodger - have you had him before?
Awww, thanks. Yes, Ted's been to us before; he can't abide other dogs, so we exercise him in the garden. Therefore, we are hoping for a nice sunny weekend, so that we can have him outside a lot.
He also likes Classic FM on to listen to at night!:D

On a Flying note - Mr LW found a suede bag that was his Dad's when he was tidying in the loft; it's suffered a bit with mildew, so I'm researching ways to clean it. I've come across a suggestion of half and half water and surgical spirit (which we have in the cupboard), followed by a good long time out in the sun - what does anyone think, before I go ahead and try it? TIA.:o

Mothers Little Helpers have got bored and are playing upstairs. Unsupervised flinging, my favourite! How many black bags can I get out of the playroom before they come back?

Mumto5 - I'd say take it easy, but that's not really possible when in training. Have you tried mint foot spray? I think it's from b0dysh0p? Or something similar? Fair play to you - thats a heck of a distance :j:j:j
