I have just got a major problem lol. I was on Msn messenger and one my friends who was actually offline, her msn window kept sending me a message to check somehting out and i clicked on it. Once i clicked on it it asked to install something so i cancelled it but for some reason, the thing is on my pc.....and now when i log onto msn, that message gets sent to everyone on my list like 5 times before my pc shuts down. plzzzz help. Ive run the windows cleaner programme too and spyware doctor

By the way, now it asks to downlaod the file name...msnmsgr.exe...i cancel it and still doesnt go away

Try searching for Mesenger Virus, the first site I came up with was https://www.happy-messaging.com/messenger/virus/
I am sure there will be a fix on there

not able to get any info from there. When i click to go to the msn virus forum, says page doesnt exist. Plz help...my pc going crazy

I have tried the procedure to remove .exe files and in the end cant seem to find the ms file therefore cannot fully delete. Help

1)uninstall messenger
2) Follow the 1st 4 threads in this post http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=133269 to clean it out
3) Reinstall messenger from the Microsoft site.

Gotta be the easiest way to deal with this.

Ok, i have been trying since yesterday to run the AVG and as soon as its near the end of the scan.....my pc shuts down!!!!! What do i do?
