Unwanted train ticket London-Stoke on Trent

Hi, I have bought the wrong ticket by mistake and can't get a refund...Does anyone want a ticket from London Euston to Stoke on Trent on 13th May at 1800 arriving at 1929 or do you know where I can try and sell it?? Many thanks...

Reselling railway tickets is illegal unfortuanly but you could try; Local ads/Newspaper shop window/Gumtree or give it to a family friend. Other ways ie; ebay won't work, as ebay are very good/quick to remove such items (unless you word the auction well)

Oh and don't go outside Stoke station and tout your ticket to any available passenger that passes as you could get lifted by the BTP.

Whilst you can't get a refund on an 'advance' ticket you should be able to change it for another London - Stoke trip on payment of the difference in fare and a £10 fee.
