Travel republic, baggage query

I hope someone can give me some information regarding a baggage query.
I am looking to book a flight thru TR online, the airline carrier is TC, and of course there is the extras for meals and baggage.
The problem I have is it says £24 for checked in bag, but does not say if it for the usual 15 kgs, and I cant see anywhere so far to add on an extra 5kgs, this is what it says when I have clicked onto the next page, I dont want to go any further until I can be sure if there is an option to add on the extra 5kgs
Checked/Hold Baggage For 1st Adult x 1 @ £24.00

Does anyone know if there is this option, as I dont want to go thru the end of filling in the details then find that I cannot add the extra 5kgs.

The TC website states that the charge for 20kg of hold baggage is £12 per person per flight and cannot see any mention of 15kgs so I would guess your £24 charge is the £12 each way for 20kgs

Thomas Cook flight only are hand luggage only of 5kg unless you purchase hold luggage which is then 20kg, there isn't an option of 15kg on flight only. This of course is for short/mid haul, i'm unsure for long haul its still 20kg but not sure if there's an option to upgrade further.

why not book it with Thomas Cook?

Try charter flights UK you may be able to get the same flight cheaper ,this is often the case with Thomson but not sure about TC . http://www.charterflights.co.uk/ this may also help you with your baggage allowance .

Not when checking Thomson flights Glasgow to Heraklion (crete) 26 July £15pp more for exact same flight with 20K baggage

Thankyou all, I looked at your link brian, but by time added on surcharges and extra much dearer than TR or TC, infact TC is a little cheaper than TR.
So have decided to go with TC direct instead of through TR, many thanks for all your good replies.
