AA Visa Credit Card

Paid for holiday with this card two weeks ago but sudden illness means that now we will not be able to go. Did not get time to buy travel insurance so can I claim anything back from the AA

I doubt the card has free travel insurance on it and it's certainly not something that's covered by S75 - insuring yourself is your responsibility.

Sainsbury do a card for £10 a month that includes that sort of protection.

Do you pay a fee for your bank account, or bank with Nationwide and credit the account with £750 a month or more? If so, you may have travel insurance included with that.
