Thanks Brook2jack for your reply. Well for last 20 years or so I only take sweetners in tea to keep the weight down (my logic being that I can eat more cake if I do that :j) and it probably has worked as I am not too much overweight.

Anyways I'm off tomorrow to get it out.

I've been to Cranmore Dental Clinic for other cosmetic issues, and they were brilliant with me. I found them to be very professional. Not too cheap though.
