I saw this too, I have spoken to Egg and the offer ends on 31/03/05. You have to sign the forms before this date, it doesn't matter when the policy actually starts though. (For instance, my insurance expires on 07/04/05, but as long as I take out the policy using an egg card before 31/03 I will get the cashback, which takes 4-6 weeks to appear and goes onto your CC bill).
