For swimming lessons, it may be worth speaking to your local swimming pools, and see what they have to offer.
My daughter had 1 to 1 lessons for about 2 years, and they really paid off.
In my area if you request 1 to 1 lessons for medical / disability reasons, these were at a cost inline with standard group lessons. If they were requested on the basis of general preference, than it was full price.
My pool offers a monthly fixed price membership, where the child can do all the activities on offer, ie swimming, gymnastics, trampolining etc.
Initially, 1 to 1 lessons were excluded, but parents complained under the DDA, and the council reluctantly changed this policy.
The other option, would be to write to the swimming pools, and ask if any of their teachers would do private lessons.

We take out ASD son to Stowmarket Lesuire Centre where they do a disability swimming group.
It is run by the local swimming club and all the volunteers are members of the swimming team. It only costs £25 p/year as you have to be a member and is a way for them to raise money and help out.
Have a look for something similar locally0 -
