Best glue for sticking plastic and waterproof?

Hiya
I posted a while back about my shower head cradle holder having snapped in two. I now know the shower is a Sirrus and I have found the replacement part I need (although I still have no idea how to get the old one off and new one on!) on several websites. Rather unbelievably, I am looking at a minimum of £40 inc delivery to get a replacement bit of plastic!
Sooo, I am going to have another go at sticking it (already tried with Evo Stick Evo Grip which didn't hold). Any recommendations for a really heavy duty glue that will withstand getting a bit wet/condensation etc?
Thanks.

Probably need to check the limitations, but should be ok for getting wet.0 -

I have yet to find any glue ( including specialist ones for plastics ) that will give a satisfactory bond on broken plastic such as that which you have described.
Sorry to be negative.Forgotten but not gone.0 -
Have you tried superglue (Cyanoacrylate) in combination with glue activator. Fairly sure it's waterproof
According to this it is
