rose has already stated she had some difficulties due to henlans directly. its not acceptable, because now its embarassing for others who have to use vouchers and then be treated like criminals due to henlans doing such things. there is only a limit to how much tesco can supervise, the easiest way to do this promotion was by allowing people to print their own vouchers, i honestly believe henlans has not just simply been reprinting vouchers or tescos wouldnt have told rose about the scamming, probably more to the tune of printing out photoshopped vouchers or editing them somehow due to how cocky they always appear to be, and purely by the scale of what they're doing. some concerts require you to print out the tickets yourselves, if they were gaining entry through a photoshopped ticket would you take that so lightly? tesco's cant police everything, yes signing vouchers would be better but all my vouchers have been signed when i used them, a human error on the staffs part by not paying attention shouldn't be manipulated and then have the vouchers re-used so whatever henlans has done is wrong! the pictures of the loft were shocking and its even more shocking that loft picture was taken months ago and theyre still at it, i dred to see what it looks like now.
Rose was asked for her receipt (which was in her bag) it was checked and she was on her way, when I go with a voucher the receipt is in my hand ready to give to the SA.
Henlans has repeatedly said he is doing nothing wrong, so I suspect that the store(s) he uses are lax.
I was trouted in an extra last night, the SA was as thick as PS and called a supervisor who checked the voucher and said it was OK, so no problem.
If Mr T is incapable of basic staff training he will get ripped off, same as if we are not vigilent we will pay over the odds for our shopping.
Regarding the stash, I'm sure that is in no way the largest, I remember when it was first posted that all the goods were legit items within the promotion, whereas there was a poster claiming to have hired a LWB van to tour the NW 14 hours a day 7 days a week to accumulate £200000 worth of goods.
To be totally honest through these times one would have stapled ones receipt to ones voucher, and insisted that the SA sign and keep the receipt, I know someone will say they did that (in fact I did in the early days) but I would suggest they would be in a minority. Anyone who has recycled one receipt, is as guilty as Henlans.

im sure there are those that are doing worse, but henlans is clearly abusing the system and then coming on here seeking attention 7 days a week and acting innocent. they aren't innocent, so why play that game? trying to act as if they could have accumulated that much and still have £400 in a days work without abusing the system is ridiculous and some fraudulant activity would have taken place. i haven't recycled any receipts, and im sure most others haven't either as they wouldn't be cheeky enough or have the guts as they feel it was wrong, i feel it's wrong and other people should too.

to come on MSE like henlans has done bragging about their stash day in day out, hell i remember when it got posted, there wasnt a single post which wasnt bragging about it, it was everywhere i looked and they were clearly proud to be spending months of their lives doing that, it wasnt about just saving money for them anymore this is a habbit and since theyre carrying on it seems as if its becoming an addiction to them, most other people have died down and accepted its over but this is someone who is going to the extremes to carry this on whether its fraudulant or not
Who would say I couldn't make you mine? You were mine since th' beginning of time. Who would say we were far apart? You ever reside in the core of my heart?

Who was the other MSEer who posted pics of their garage including a wheelbarrow full of DTD items? Now that was a stash to behold as well!

My friend has just received her voucher from the other day. It's her first time, she got back £4.98 on a shop but she is worried to use it because the receipt numbers don't match. I remember the timing was always out but the second to last number on the receipt doesn't match. On the voucher it says 002 but on the receipt it says 5002 so she has on her voucher date/time/4digits/3digits/3digits/4digits but on her receipt she has date/time/4digits/3digits/4digits/4digits. Can anyone advise.....sorry this is a messy post my 'enter' key is not working.

Thanks. I thought it was just the timing/24hr clock bit was out. I never noticed the other bit. Can anyone else confirm if that is that is the case please?

As far as I know this has been happening for a long time. It is like that on my vouchers from the end of May.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

One of my vouchers looks like this:

    • 11/06/2011
    • 03:00
    • 01234
    • 012
    • 034
    • 6789

Obviously not exact numbers but all mine are Date, incorrect time (unless it's 12:xxpm), 5, 3, 3, 4

I've had issue once or twice before but simply told them that this is a known problem and I'm happy to wait while they phone the main CS number to confirm. Needless to say they haven't bothered

I visited my local this morning and was told by one of my friends who works there that £400.00 of gift cards were bought with DTD vouchers without showing receipts and later they returned to try again. This time they were asked for receipts and said they were in the car. They left never to be seen again without another £400.00 of gift cards. And although I was told in a pm they did not go to the other store nearby apparently they did. !!
