I am waiting for ones from Monday and Tuesday still, not with meal deals on, so I think it is all reciepts

I got my days wrong in the other thread. I submitted 3 receipts between Monday night and early hours of Tuesday morning. The first one was for a simple one item £9.99 RTD shop on the Sunday. The 2nd and 3rd receipts were old ones from earlier this month. None of them have the meal deals but I will be sure to get a refund if a voucher isn't forthcoming.

I went to use a couple of vouchers today at a store near to me. As usual the assistant did not know how to take the voucher but I was able to use another voucher to get a gift card. Then I went to my local to use my last voucher for today and used self service. The assistant was an older man and even though I showed him and his colleague how to take the vouchers last week he did not even look at the receipt let alone sign it. Just aswell it expired today. However this morning I was able to extend 2 vouchers to the 22.6.11
I love you Tesco you are so stupid!!!

How are you going to get a refund - it might be helpful if we knew.

    Hello

How are you able to extend vouchers? Is there a magic trick I don't know about or are you buying new RTD items using DTD vouchers?

    Thanks!!

I'll take the overpriced items along with my receipt to customer services and ask for a refund.

It will depend on the competency of your local Tesco's staff, they might let you do this, but no, it's part of the T&Cs that they can't be used on Tesco direct orders, sorry.
