Actually really wish I drank wine, those meal deals seem great! Am thinking about buying 5, using a £20 voucher and the £4 morrisons voucher, paying £26, get £20 back.. but is it worth it if we don't drink wine?
its no only wine in the deal. coke is as well

yes but think its the wine that gives us the money back if somebody can confirm the coke would work that would be great, but for others like me that don't drink wine , i am saving it for xmas since my family will drink it
  • always good for raffle prize donations, or if you have a special birthday/(christening/wedding/baby's birth/prom/qualifation celebration/anniversary) coming up - a nice bottle of wine with a few other goodies in a hamper make a lovely gift. Never underestimate anything that is free! I love free stuff!

Arghhh - I chickened out of buying DTD specific items with an existing voucher and then using the Sun as an excuse, as MSE said that Tesco would NOT honour the printing error - now on Watchdog they say they will.

Oh well, free stuff anyway, paid 8p for some sun-cream, Coors beer (back on £2.75) and some new pillows, best nights sleep for ages, no TD to come but do have unsigned receipt;)

And got another £9 off £60 till-spit (is this a new word for the OED), so Tesco keep trying to lure me in.

It's good tho' as I can get £60 of normal shopping and use the £9 off, loads of 25 points bonus vouchers they just sent me, and one of my remaining £20 vouchers, and an overall cash outlay of £31.
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)

A till-spit (not split) is a voucher printed just after your receipt for some offer.

A 5p off petrol is a till-spit when you spend the requisite £50.

They seem to be random but no doubt are targeted depending on various factors.

In my case I have used my clubcard and so they know how much I have spent in x weeks, and have given me 2x £9 off vouchers about 1 month apart.
