Got email back from pricecheck saying details could not be found ???

I phoned Tesco customer services today on their free-phone number and told them that I had 4 vouchers which added up to £3.38 and that I could not print them off as there was a problem with the website they said they would send me out a Tesco £5 card and just to delete the emailed vouchers, if anyone is still having problems try giving customer services a call

What the Advertising Standards are saying is that the cap of £20 was the misleading part - wasn't clear enough in their adverts.

Have to say, I can think of all sorts of manoevring by Tesco over this that was far worse than the cap - like the sudden reduction to JTD from DTD, and the sheer difficulty of getting vouchers accepted at times!

Which reminds me - I was in Tesco yesterday, and the supervisor had to be called just to accept a couple of Utterly Butterly coupons - never mind the JTD one! They seem to delight in making life difficult.

Hi hope someone can answer my question.
I have a load of £1 off vouchers for Pantene shampoo etc from supersavvyme
These are currently £3 for the 500ml bottles in Tesco.
In Asda they are on offer 2 for £5.
What I would like to know is if i bought the product in Tesco but used my £1 savvy vouchers would they take that into consideration when comparing the prices or not?

No..they won't take into account any coupons used...just the prices....;););)

I thought this was funny on five live.. Adsa and Sainsburys are doing well since the price promise and the tesco guy says we have one but we dont go on about it lol.

Hi there I just wanted to pose a question whether anyone else has noted anything odd. I tried to redeem a price check voucher today (as it was running out tomorrow since I had misplaced the receipt) and whilst previously when either I or my flatmate had used one, it seemed to come up as a coupon which the cashier had to manually input the price. Well today it has come up with 'Asda Online Refund' and the cashier couldn't input it in herself. She had to get the supervisor to come in and put it in as a non scanning coupon. He said Tesco's were no longer doing this offer.

Does anyone know whether this is right? and why the coupon no longer scans?
