Basically as above. I've already contacted them via their website, as an complaint but I haven't recieved a response, I contacted them 3 weeks ago. :mad:
I've googled the CEO email address, and nothing relevant is coming up.
Does anyone have an email for them? :A

What happened when you rung the customer care team on 01530 516146
Seems like they are owned by a foreign group of which the CEO is Belguim.0
