forgot to add this the other day
went to Farm foods the other day to stock up
and i noticed on the wall behind the tills a small sign re:coupon policy
it stated that they will take money off coupons as long as you buy the product.
i for one wasn't aware of this but will deff keep an eye out now
hopefully this is nationwide0 -
all top ones will be the same
its the 2nd one underneath that you need to be different on all of them as this is an identifying pin/indvidual barcode
same with ssm style ones
left hand barcode the same, its the top right that needs to be differentI wonder if they all have the same one?
The top code on mine ends in
the bottom one ends in
lets see if they are all the same.

I`ll edit out the numbers later:D0 -

Like to share this with u all and u will understand why Tesco has stopped the DTD.
Talking to someone I just met... through a friend and he was telling us that at the place he worked the staff, of about 6 to 10.. not sure.. would all go after midnight, to a particular Tesco store in the Birmingham area in 2 to 3 cars. They would all then go and clear the shelves of the DTD products... as we all know..and then the chubby supervisor/manager, would open up a till and put them through for them.
Now the shocking thing I find is,,, yes they were all putting through about 6 vouchers each, one after the the other.
This was just the midnight run... they also had staff doing a day run..
I know I loved the DTD freebies and such, but even I think that is taking the MMMm..
No wonder Tescos called it off..
He was saying the boss would go online to ,, probably MSE site and see what was in the DTD and he would print a list and stick it up on the wall for all to see and that was what they needed to buy, cos the boss gave the money to the staff for the "purchases"...probably the 1st lot..then recycle the rest...

With any money off coupons the bit that specifies the price will start 99 and will be a total of 13 digits, the penultimate 3 digits specify the price and the last digit is just a 'checksum' (Don't ask!) for the barcode - This will be the same on all coupons of that type, any other barcodes on that coupon will likely be unique 'pin' numbers which are the bit that matters as no two should be the same....
If the penultimate 3 digits of the 99 barcode are 000 then it will require manual input by the SA, if they are 999 that means that the coupon is for £9.99 or more and again will need manual input.....
eg
9908693780005 - Needs manual input
9907539192002 - Will scan at £2.00
Full explanation here if you are having trouble sleeping....:D

If you use too much of it in your cooking then yes you will feel dehydrated :- why? bcos... it consist of MSG (monosodium glutamate).
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monosodium_glutamate
It goes for all the ready make cooking sauce like Blue Dragon. Tried their sweet & sour sauce didn't like it too much ginger powder & its overpowering the sauce. Tesco own brand sauce is much better if your want to try sweet & sour sauce I think there are 2 type, I cannot remember which one but it was less than 90p.globetraveller wrote: »I would buy one and get the difference back. That way it should be free.
You will defeat the object if you are using real money to pay for your groceries - if you are using voucher then yes buy 1 by all means. Its return the different not double the different therefore you are not gaining anything using real cash.
All, please leave enough books for BW to beat her record of last year  Hopefully she will be just as generous with her excess books, and she even tears the right pages out

 Well I did try to get a couple of rustlers on Friday at Sainsburys but they had sold out so had Morrisons
:(:( so i've yet to try them :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Anyway, so this morning off i went to Tescoto use a few coupons, only to be told...
Because of people abusing the coupon policy at this store they now will only take one of each voucher (so if you try to buy 3 dove deo using 3 vouchers they will only take one voucher no matter how many you buy!)
I also had a £12 sainsburys voucher and a £5 co-op and they would only let me use one
The new Coupon policy in my Tesco here in Norfolk is now you can only use one of each voucher per household, per visit and one visit per hour if using vouchers. So you cant use vouchers go put the shopping in the car and go in again to use more vouchers. (as if anyone would do that!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)
It wont make much difference to me as i don't use a lot of coupons, it was just a bit annoying this morning as i had 2 of each of my vouchers so i left half my shopping there and will have to back tomorrow.:j
