  • I just took my two Rustlers BOGOF (one from the site one from facebook) to Sainsburys - the Rustlers range is £1.69 each there at the moment, but they are on offer at 2 for £2. I got 4 and went to the self service checkout with my two bogof vouchers. It took a bit of doing because they examined them as if they were fraudulent £50 notes but they gave me the bogofs but at £1.69 per voucher, making it 31p for two Rustlers. Will be going back tomorrow with more but won't go to the self service as it was a nightmare! DD is just enjoying a 16p quarterpounder for her tea!

I was going to do a meal deal shop on the way home tonight but the Turner shelf was empty:( I hadn't taken vouchers with me. But all was not lost. I managed to get 6 boxes of the 25p dishwashing tablets:) What with that, a huge stock of finish, and a growing stock of quantumatic I might soon have a lifetime's supply:rotfl:

  • Afternoon all!
this is turning out to be my tesco day!
i have found the 27p tissues (green rectangular box with a white lily, tesco finest) and bought all 10 boxes (i dont think there is anyone here from my neck of the woods - welling, south east london)! - they were priced at 2.60!

then managed to get 3 meal deals and the last 3 Turner road merlot in the store. Had these as a separate shop the SA was v impressed that my bill was £30 with a £28 saving - me thinking: you would be extra impressed if you knew im getting a RTD of almost £18 on top of that!

    :T:T:T:T:T

I had exactly the same today - bought 3 meal deals with the merlot and the SA couldn't believe that the bill went from £60 to £30 - even asked me what was included in the meal deal!! lol!! Bless. :T

    I've been Money Tipped!
Bought 2 dettol handwashes from Homebargins (£4.99 each _£3 off voucher) so £1.99 each, also got 3 x nivea 50ml kids suncream Spf30 for 69p each and checked next door in Superdrug where they were £5 each!!
Couldn't find the 20p shampoo in Superdrug but stocked up on nivea shower creme at 69p per bottle (£1.59 ish normally)
Then went to tescos where I wombled for the 1st time and found a £1 off tampax receipt lying at the till under the bags!!
used my vouchers for Spicey wedges, blue dragon sauce and my philadelphia turned out to be free!

    Pretty successful day i'd say.:D

My bill was £4.00 and it came down to 62p with both vouchers so isn't that £3.38?
