I may be wrong but im sure Mr t's tills know if you have got the items, i gave over 3 lenor vouchers instead of 2 and he said you havent purchased this item .:D

    Morning All
    :hello:

I'm wondering the same thing. I thought someone on here had said they had used the Dettol £3 coupon against the refills but when I tried they wouldn't scan. The young lad tried to manually enter the codes and they came up with something similar to you. :( He told me to take them to CS, where he said they would be able to put them through. The CS lady tried and then asked if I had bought the system or the refill :o. I told her the refills and she said that's why the till wouldn't accept it :(.

Are Mr T's tills becomomg more sophisticated I wonder?

I bought the refills last night and the coupons scanned OK.
Just spotted Colwyn's comment, my coupons were full size, I also had reduced sized ones that didn't work.

    Morning Colwyn,

Did you use yours against the refills or the system?

I just printed it as it was. When the CO inputted the code manually, he said it came up with something about not having the item. As I had got the refills instead of the system, i thought this must be the reason

I would definitely ring CS about the petrol voucher. Not sure about the overcharge, but can you go back into store today and get double the overcharged amount refunded? I am not sure if it has to be the same day but I am sure someone else will come along and correct me if I am wrong. If not, certainly worth a mention on the phone to CS. They might sent you a card in the post for the value.

    :j

Thank you for you help :) .. i'm new to this lol so hope you dont mind me asking , is CS short for customer service? anybody go the number for for it that i'd need to ring?

and i didnt know about double the difference.. could kick myself now, i always check reciepts i spotted the overcharge for the bold and i was so worn out ( has just gone argos next door aswell, and got some heavy items for kitchen) .. that i didnt really mind the 50p , but the airwick was an ouch.

    thanks for your help
