In case anyone isn't aware the professional ;)marketing bods at Tesco have erred again, and have advertised the DTD price guarantee TODAY on the bottom of another advert in a national daily/comic.
Tesco customer services have agreed on twitter to honour it for anyone "affected"

No, it means they messed up; and if you want to fight them for it, then feel free to call customer services to have them sort something out as your voucher will only be for RTD not DTD.
Depends how much you want to fleece them for; whether you have been a previous caller etc and quite frankly whether you can be bothered at this point in the game. I did have a small shop today, but before I even saw the ad. No doubt I'll give them one chance on the phone, but I'm not wasting my days on it anymore.0 -

Sorry misquoted. This is for the lady who asked where to get the following......
Dettol is £4.99 at Superdrug so will be £1.99 after voucher and Finish is £5 at Asda so is free after the voucher0 -
Evening All, :hello:
Went to Mr T's tonight, stocked up on the wine and used the printable £5 Morrisons voucher. I asked at the CS desk before I started my shop and they said they had something through in the last week about not accepting printed internet vouchers. I asked her to check and she came back and said 'if it scans, we accept it'. It did scan and it was accepted
While the CS person was checking the voucher was ok to use, I stood twiddling my thumbs and shuffling my feet and spotted a T receipt on the floor in front of her. Without even thinking, I scooped it up and when I checked it later, it was a 5p a litre off petrol spend
I'm a bit confused about the colgate toothpaste. I printed off the vouchers and went searching for them. I thought someone had said they worked out at 'not a lot', on 3 for 2 but the only ones I could see were £2.49? each, 3 for 2. Is this right?0 -
Evening All,

Have lots of things I want, but dont necessarily need... Must DO BETTER!!! :A0 -

Quick question.......... what is Tesco policy on overcharging? Straight refund, double the difference? I may be wrong but I remember a long time ago you got a refund and the product for free
I can't find anything on their website
Thanks
At the customer services desk in store you will see a big blue sign that promisses to refund double the difference for any overcharge.
RnR (or refund and retain) went out some time ago unfortunately.
:beer:It's nice to be nice .....
You HAVE checked google before asking, haven't you?;)
